Step-By-Step Shopping Instructions

Then inside the first gray box, beside "Shipping Total," you'll see the words "Super-Saver Ground (7-10 days)." That's your default shipping option. If you want your order shipped differently, use the little drop-down arrow to the right to choose from several different shipping options and then click "GO!"
Next, move to the second gray box called "Update Shipping Destination & Options." If shopping from Canada, choose the "Ship to Country" drop-down selection arrow to select "Canada." Don't forget to enter your shipping zipcode information and click "Update shipping charges." If using a coupon, enter the coupon code in the box to the right and click the "Go!" button. Then select the "CHECKOUT NOW>>" button. At this point, you'll create a shopping account, as a first-time shopper. To create this new shopping account, move to the box on the right where it says "New Customers" and click the button that says, "Continue and Create New Account."
VERY IMPORTANT: Next time you return, you'll only need to enter
your user ID and password, so be sure to save those in a safe place.
On the next page, enter the required new customer information. When you're finished, click the button that says, "Create Account & Checkout." You'll then be asked for your credit card information and will be able to complete your order.
Important: We've noticed that some customers are having trouble logging in to complete their purchases. The issue was finally tracked down to customers who have their privacy settings set up too aggressive! This is particularly an issue with Internet Explorer web browser version 6 and later. To help out we have implemented the P3P privacy policy guidelines for the websites. If you as a customer continue to have problems, please lower the security settings in Internet Explorer cookies from High to Medium. That should do the trick! We offer the following shipping options for delivery within the USA, including select US Territories and APO Addresses. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
We utilize services from the US Post, UPS and FedEx to offer the following shipping options:

Order Processing Information (*) - Most orders are processed within one business day and will generally dispatch the next business day.
- Orders received on holidays or on weekends will not be processed until the next business day
- Orders shipping to addresses other than the confirmed credit card billing address may take an additional 2 to 5 days to complete review. Customers should ship to the credit card billing address if urgent shipping is required.
- Not all shipping options are available from all warehouses. The shopping cart will display valid shipping choices per warehouse.
Orders May Ship From Multiple Warehouses
Not all products ship from the same warehouse. Shipping rates are assessed per warehouse, and orders being shipped from multiple warehouses will be assessed multiple shipping charges.
Shipping Methods to Canada and Europe
When shipping to Canada and the UK, customers may choose from discounted postal rates, or use UPS or Fedex. Super-Saver shipping is not available to Canadian or European customers. Shipping times are shows as follows:

Some Problems that your order doesn't get through: (a) the expiration date of your credit card is passed and you need to renew your card, (b)Shipping your order to an address that is different than your credit card address may slow your order down from arriving that location, (c) Ordering products that are out of stock.
